Privacy Policy
TagLife is designed to help you track daily moments, spot patterns, and request AI-generated insights about your own data. This page explains what information TagLife handles and how it is used.
What TagLife collects
Depending on how you use the product, TagLife may handle:
- Daily entries you create, including tags, tag intensity, dates, and optional notes.
- Custom tags, display preferences, and other app settings.
- An Apple app-specific account identifier if you choose Sign in with Apple.
- Device registration details used for sync and notifications, such as a device identifier, platform, and push token.
- AI insight requests you submit, including the question you ask and the date range you choose.
What TagLife does not retain for sign-in
TagLife is designed to identify signed-in users by the Apple app-specific subject identifier returned by Sign in with Apple. It does not need to retain your Apple name or email address to create or recognize your account.
How your information is used
- To store and display your entries, tags, and settings inside the app.
- To sync your data across your devices if you choose to sign in.
- To generate insight reports you request.
- To maintain account security, session management, and service reliability.
- To troubleshoot product issues and improve the service.
Local use and account use
TagLife supports local-only use without creating an account. If you later choose to sign in with Apple, local data on that install may be adopted into your account so it can sync across devices.
AI insight reports
When you request an insight report, TagLife processes the relevant parts of your entry history and your question to generate the report. These reports are intended to help you notice patterns in your own data. They are not medical, mental health, or other professional advice.
Sharing
TagLife is not a social product. Your entries and reports are intended for your own use. We do not publish your personal diary data publicly as part of the product experience.
Retention and deletion
Data may be retained as needed to operate the service, keep devices in sync, maintain security, and handle deletion propagation. Some records may be soft-deleted before they are fully removed from active use.
Children
TagLife is not intended for children under 13, and it should not be used by anyone who is not legally able to agree to these terms and this privacy policy.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the product evolves. If material changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Contact and requests
Support and privacy contact details should be added here before public launch. If you plan to publish this site now, add the real contact path for support, access requests, and deletion requests.
