Use of the service

TagLife is a personal tracking and reflection tool. You may use it to record entries, manage tags, and request AI-generated insights about your own data. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.

Accounts

Some features may be available without an account. If you choose to sign in, TagLife currently uses Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and device access.

Your content

You retain responsibility for the entries, notes, tags, and other content you create in TagLife. You represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

AI-generated insights

TagLife may generate insight reports in response to questions you ask about your data. These outputs are generated automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.

Availability and changes

TagLife may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature support, or error-free operation.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to TagLife if these terms are violated, if the service is abused, or if continued operation would create legal or security risk.

Disclaimers

TagLife is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TagLife and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
